Dawn was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. we had to sell my mom's house once she went into long-term care. It was a very emotional time for me, that became even more so, as my mom passed away during the selling process. In addition, there were probate issues, house issues, etc. Dawn steadfastly stayed with us providing advice, guidance, honesty, and support. The house sold at a very reasonable price with as little stress as possible, considering the hurdles and that was largely due to Dawn! she is very compassionate and works hard for her clients. Dawn was extremely helpful in assisting my daughter buy her first house. My daughter had never gone through the process before and was understandably nervous and hesitant. Dawn found her a townhouse that was a) in my daughter's price range but b) was dated and had been left in a bad aesthetic condition by previous renter(s).
