Dawn was wonderful to work with. She helped us sell our house and was always helpful, professional, timely in her responses, and a pleasure to work with.

Working with Dawn was an outstanding experience. Her expertise and professionalism were evident from day one, and her dedication to advocating for us made all the difference. Despite the distance between New Jersey and Ohio, Dawn kept communication clear, consistent, and timely, ensuring we never felt out of the loop. She went above and beyond to make sure we received the best service and outcome. I would gladly partner with Dawn and her team again without hesitation.

Love Dawn she's the best!

Dawn is extremely responsive, and always available. She always has an answer for questions despite difficulty and is a master with strategy! She truly truly cares about what she does and that is what makes her amazing.

At first, I wasn't sure we needed to partner with a realtor, as we knew the property we wanted to buy, and we weren't planning to finance. But we selected Dawn when we realized that navigating all the details of even a "simple" sale would be a challenge we didn't have to undertake on our own. Her expertise, kindness, and patience were invaluable from our first conversation through closing: she knows the market and real estate, and she brought clarity and positivity to a complicated (for us) process. She was available to answer my many questions and to talk with the seller's representative. I am grateful to Dawn Semancik and recommend her highly!

Dawn went above and beyond during our listing. Our house sold and she has great advice.

Dawn Semancik helped me buy my new to me home. She helped me understand everything that was different from selling a home. The education was valuable and I'm happy with my new to me home.

10 stars . Dawn is very professional , personable and knowledgeable. She negotiated a contract for our buyers and the ended up appraising for 30K more!! the buyer was super happy and just made the transaction very smooth , i look forward to our next deal , thank you

From the moment we started the transaction, Dawn was amazing. so knowledgeable. She stayed on top of things and nothing fell through the cracks! I cannot wait to work with Dawn Again!

Dawn was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. we had to sell my mom's house once she went into long-term care. It was a very emotional time for me, that became even more so, as my mom passed away during the selling process. In addition, there were probate issues, house issues, etc. Dawn steadfastly stayed with us providing advice, guidance, honesty, and support. The house sold at a very reasonable price with as little stress as possible, considering the hurdles and that was largely due to Dawn! she is very compassionate and works hard for her clients. I can't recommend her enough!
